Tiktoo, required a wide range of the skill sets within Staxoweb when they approached us to create their brand and website.
The client wanted to have a sophisticated trading platform for Watches. They had the ideas but needed an agencies help to deliver them.
The requirement developed into a “classified ads” website, that allows both dealers and private sellers the ability to register for an account, then post an advert with details about their watches for sale (a bit like a market specific Amazon).
At the client’s request, the website doesn’t deal with any money transactions (although we have built platforms that do that too). Buyers enquire by sending a message to the seller.
Sellers then have their own area where they can communicate via private message with the buyers and negotiate on terms.
The platform has a comprehensive and intuitive admin back end/CMS. The admin area allows the owner of the platform the ability to do all the things you expect e.g. block bad users.
Aside from the above we also created all the strategy, user experience design and back-end platform for Tiktoo just as we have done for a number of other clients. We helped piece together their business plan and are now working with them to put in place a strategic Digital Marketing Plan to drive new registrations to the website.
The success of this project underscores the importance of carrying out exhaustive research and precise segmentation, together with developing bespoke software that adapts naturally to any future challenges.
