My Memory Tree came from one man’s idea. Since starting working with Staxoweb about a year ago they have grown massively and are now working with international charities to Capture Precious Memories.
My Memory Tree’s requirements were to produce a platform where users could create diaries and photo albums that could be shared with family members and friends.
The first goal was to build their identity and to create a brand with value. Furthermore, to offer enough flexibility to grow and to diversify their path into other industries.
We provided My Memory Tree with marketing assets and social media examples, so they could pursue an online presence whilst designing and developing their site at the same time.
The project started with a rigorous discovery phase to understand website usage patterns. At this point we included a competitor analysis phase where the attributes My Memory Tree needed to emphasise to attract their target market were identified.
As the site had to be simple and intuitive, extra attention to the user experience and user interface was given to ensure both surpassed the clients’ competitors.
